UPPAbaby VISTA with the MESA carseat
my favorite part: the basket! it is the largest basket that i have ever seen on a stroller. i’m not kidding you when i say that i go grocery shopping with this thing. and true story: i’ve fit three jumbo boxes of target diapers under there. not really something i thought would be necessary until i became a mom and hauled half my house out of the house for my kids!
another favorite was the adaptability of the MESA carseat. this was a huge selling point for me as I wanted everything by the same company and not have to worry about adapters and what was compatible with what. it was so simple, i would take the sleeping baby in the car seat and click it into the VISTA frame and would have hours of shopping to myself with a still sleeping baby, no transferring needed! as a mom, if you told me that i’d buy the product just for that! no, but really!
like i mentioned above, we were planning we on having kids close in age so i was looking for a stroller that was durable and last a while AND that would turn in to a double stroller. the VISTA does all of that, and the best part is that the configurations are endless! so, you can have a newborn baby in a carseat (or bassinet) and your toddler on the same stroller! and as if that’s not enough, they have a kickboard for a kid too (tenley LOVES it!)

so, UPPAbaby came out with a new double stroller called the G-LINK. I wanted to try it out because I had been wanting a more lightweight double stroller (it is 24.5 lbs) that was super compact. it is unbelievable! here are some of my favorite features:
the seats fully recline! this is an amazing feature for a lightweight stroller of this kind. its an even more amazing feature when its nap time and your out and about. Tenley has taken so many naps because i’ve been able to transfer her to a laying down position in this stroller. mom win!
each seat has their own SPF 50+ shade canopy that comes down pretty far so it helps block more sun for those tiny babies! it also creates a darker environment for those sleeping kids! (probably wasn’t made with this intention but i’ve found it to be a big perk from the oversized canopy!)
i also love how easy it is to open and close. i’ve actually done this while holding Tate which is saying a lot! there is also an easy grip handle on the side so you really just need one hand to do it all! simplicity is key for this mom.
i receive messages about my UPPAbaby and how much i love it. i recommend these strollers to any mom that ask me. sometimes moms will mention the price tag and that is totally fair. for me, i’ve know too many moms that have gone through atleast 2-3 strollers before finding the right one and the total of those strollers equals far more than the price of these. it was an investment, but definitely a great one! if you have any questions, please comment below and i’ll be happy to answer them!

Hello! I sort of started looking into carseats and strollers a few weeks ago (we’re very early into our pregnancy) and the uppababy was one that I’ve seen a lot lately. It looks super nice, but real expensive. So, I was wondering if it’s worth getting just because it’s in style and I’m wondering about the bassinet. It’s super cute, but is it worth getting just for stroller rides? (I like versatility…carseat that can be a stroller too, so I’m not sure about the bassinet)
Thank you!!
